Motivated, patient, and experienced!

I have different styles for different students. Some prefer one-on-one and some prefer to learn in a group and participate. This really depends on the subject, however, I like to do drills to keep basic skills sharp, and to learn new skills. Each student is different, and will need slightly adjusted methodology. I'm also very open to suggestion.

I think a lot of people are just very intimidated by science classes and I think that teachers and textbooks do a great job at scaring people into thinking they are tough subjects when in reality (from my experience) they are very rigid and easy to think about once you realize there isn't that much information that you need to know.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am a 16 year old high school student taking my third year of Spanish, Psychology/Sociology, English, U.S History, Chemistry, and Math Reasoning. School wasn't one of my favorite places to go especially when I wasn't doing so hot in some of my classes. But then I found fun and easy ways to study. It turned out that I actually enjoyed going to school afterwards and making it a goal to get good grades. That is my goal with potential students. I want them to enjoy studying for school. Yes it may be a lot of work but the student can make it easier by using flashcards or writing down the problem until it sticks into their, whatever helps them.
