I have been teaching Italian language and culture for beginners and advanced/higher levels. For Academic purposes I can tutor as far as grammar, spelling, writing and academic composition, listening, speaking, reading and pronunciation. For travel and leisure purposes I usually focus on basic elements of conversation and reading. Group lessons as well as individual tutoring available.

Italian is one of my top subjects! I lived in Italy, taught Italian in other countries as well.

All throughout college, I tutored English, Spanish, and German, and taught ESL for the Foreign Language Department After college I completed a TEFL Certification course in Barcelona, and taught private lessons in Spain I then taught English and Spanish at a language school in Sicily, then I taught English and Italian at a language school in Montenegro. I then returned to the States and tutored in the Metro Schools of Nashville until I moved to Atlanta.
Very involved, active, utilizing various methods and approaches to master all aspects of a subject.

A Little Bit About Me...

After completing my double degree in Spanish and Italian, at the University of Georgia, I then went on to working with foreign tourists in Naples, Italy in order to master my language skills. Upon returning to the United States, I began working with a major European tour operator. There, my language skills helped me tremendously while communicating with our European offices and tour managers. I have also just recently returned from Barcelona, Spain where I worked as an English tutor to children and adults. I thoroughly enjoy working with children and speakers of other languages, which I have been doing for a number of years. As a university student I began what would be a lifelong journey into tutoring and teaching. I began tutoring college level Spanish during my freshman year in college.
