I have taught language arts and reading in public and private charter schools for over 15 years. I also taught TOEFL in Mexico and Japan. While in Japan, I worked as a TOEFL instructor and also taught conversation classes, and GRE vocabulary and critical reasoning classes. I am currently creating state tests for Pearson in the area of reading and language arts. I have several years' experience working with special education students and hold a special ed certificate in addition to a life time language arts grade 7-12 certificate.
