Typically, our first meeting would be to discern what you need-- where are you struggling? where do you need extra help or motivation? What are your goals? With your input, I would create a syllabus to follow over the course of the period of time for which you desire tutoring services. If you need help with particular assignments, need me to create assignments for you, or recommend additional resources, we can work any of that in.

I have been a teacher at the elementary level for 6 years. I earned my bachelor's degree from UT-Austin and my teacher certification from LeTourneau University. I completed my student teaching in 1st grade, and then went on to teach that same grade level for two more years. I was the grade level chairperson during in my second year. I have always had an interest in math and science, and I got my start tutoring in high school by helping fellow classmates and friends in these subjects.
