I am a firm believer that teaching requires the passing of understanding and not just knowledge. Everyone learns in a different way, and as such information must be presented in different ways to get through to differing individuals. If a student can gain understanding in any subject, they will always retain that understanding even if the knowledge has been temporarily misplaced. I have excelled in mathematics since early childhood. As such, I pursued a career in engineering and technology. I acquired a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, and did so in 3 years.
