I was a STEM tutor throughout high school and have continued this into my college years for local high schools. I specialize in maths Trig-Below, Biology and Chemistry (AP and Non AP), anatomy and physiology, physical science, and life sciences. I am very flexible with hours and will accommodate to your needs. I charge anywhere from $15-$35 an hour based upon what you can do. I'm not in it for the money, it's just extra for me, I'm here to help you learn and excel.
I believe that every student is different and not ever student learns the same. I like emphasis on visual education and demonstrations because they stick with you much longer than technical memorization of topics. A Little Bit About Me...

I grew up with both partents in the public education system, I was a student-teacher in H.S. and I earned a bachelor degree in Parks, Recreation, Natural Resource Management with a minor in Art Education. After graduation I taught Art and pre-school classes for the Springfield, MO Parks Dept. I was a librarian at the Springfield Art Museum. I worked for the Dept. of Social Services, Div. of Youth Services for 14 years and assisted the teachers with the education ciriculum. I taught Outdoor Stress Challenge Programs to the youth in a rehabilitation program.
I enjoy teaching and working with children. I believe every child has a different way of learning and I am capable of meeting the needs of each student. As a working professional, I was driven later in life to get a degree that was started right after high school. I initially had 90 course hours towards a Social Work degree, and when I returned changed it to business. I have a BS in Business Management, and I only have one class left to get my Masters(MBA). This has allowed me to have a vast bit of working experience in math and accounting. I have exceptional grammatic skills, due to weekly submitted papers in each class. I have been a elementary substitute teacher in the past, and have trained and evaluated new pharmacy technicians for over 20 years.
