My style tends to range based on who I am trying to teach, and I suppose is most accurately labeled as adaptive. I understand that different people learn things in different ways, and so I try to accommodate that with my teaching. For instance if I found that a student learns better visually then I would attempt to use visual cues and examples in lesson plans to make the material as easy to understand as possible. I first begin by determining what areas of a students particular subject do they know and which areas are they struggling with so we can begin to target those areas they are struggling with by focusing on which concepts the students have a particularly hard time grasping.
