My comments on tutoring Typing Skills : I have learned typing both through a program at home and at school and I am able to touch type.

I try to work with students to find connections between different aspects of the material that we're working on as well as to find connections to other subjects. I find that by relating specific topics to broader perspectives on a subject as well as related subjects, the student can gain a greater appreciation for the coherence and importance of a particular subject area.
I have experience working with students who are advanced and seeking supplementary tutoring as well as with students who are having difficulty with a subject. I have tutored mathematics as well as chemistry, biology, physics, and other subjects. I have tutored students from a range of ages and I worked with my first student over four years ago while I was in college.

My comments on tutoring Typing Skills : I have worked as a transcriptionist--these fingers fly. I can help you with touch typing, ergonomics, speed, and more. I know games that build basic skills and real-world exercises to enhance your technique.

I prefer personal and small group teaching, but I can also do online tutoring with Webex. I like to get to know my students and their goals.
