I believe a successful instructor is the most important part of teaching; one who is knowledgeable, wise, and be able to effectively communicate the knowledge to the students. I believe this can be achieved primarily by knowing the entirety of the subject taught and being able to connect with the students on an individual basis. My experience’s range from venture capital proposals, running a factory, to volunteering at my son’s preschool. My undergraduate education was started and completed at St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. My first professional position was with Coca-Cola in Atlanta. I elected to take transfers to Dallas and then to Minneapolis. While in Minnesota I started and completed the part time (evening) MBA program at St. Thomas University.
