My name is Alex and I'm going to graduate from the University of Miami in 2018. I find that the classes that I excel in are the ones I am most interested in, and the classes that I find myself less interested in, I make more interesting. My comments on tutoring Calculus I : Calculus is the basic college mathematics that students have difficulty with. I teach calculus by referencing how it is used in industry giving the student a grasp of the influence of calculus.

It has been my great pleasure to have taken part in several classroom setting teaching opportunities and numerous tutoring jobs. Although I have little formal experience with teaching teens, etc., I know that the greater need is to reach them in a way as to help them want to learn and gain knowledge.
