A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy sharing knowledge with anyone who can benefit from my experience. I love mathematics, statistics and physics and I attempt to pass that enthusiasm to my students. I understand that there are many people who have trouble with math and science skills and becaus of that I try to explain technical concepts with easy to understand examples before submercing the student into computations that are difficult. All children and adolescents can successfully acquire and process new information. Many students encounter difficulty learning in a traditional school setting because the large class sizes do not afford the teacher the time to learn about each individual and attend to his or her specific needs. As a tutor, I find my students' strongest learning modalities. In doing so, my students learn to trust and respect me as a person and see me as a support.
