My comments on tutoring Vocals : I have been a vocalist for most of my life. I have been a part of a number of recordings and love to work with individual singers and choirs. I have had a well rounded career as a business professional and musician. As an information technology professional, I have worked with more software and tools than this space would allow me to catalog. As a senior manager and Chief Information Officer, I have worked to gain an understanding of the businesses processes and implemented beneficial solutions. I am very patient but like to set practical goals for my students to help them attain their dreams.
I have enjoyed teaching children since an early age. In high school, I started my own dance studio. I also began piano lessons in my home as well. I graduated from high school as number eleven in rank out of 248. I often assisted other students in both high school and college. Later, as a homeschooling mother of four, I taught all of my children all subjects through the eighth grade level. I just returned from the island of Saipan, where I taught high school English in a private school, and seventh grade English in a public school. I presently am a certified substitute teacher in the Cumberland County, PA, public school system, where I teach almost all grade levels and subjects.
