I've always been interested in foreign languages and other cultures. While living in New York City, I hosted many international visitors and always enjoyed coaching them on their English. So a couple years ago, I decided to get a certificate in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) at The New School in New York City. The program focused on practical techniques and emphasized lessons that integrate grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Having lived in both England and France, I have been forced to adapt to new ways of thinking, speaking, writing and eventually teaching, where I was thrown in a classroom of French students for which I became a role model of American culture. A Little Bit About Me...

As a law school graduate, I am well trained in writing and communication skills. While in law school I was awarded a position on the legal journal of Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine. My duties as a member of the executive board were to manage the staff and tutor the other editors in writing skills as they developed articles worthy of publication in the journal.
