As for experience, my opportunities have been plentiful. As I was going through college in my young 20's, I tutored friends' children. Since 19 years of age, I have been a nanny. I big part of child care is to help with homework. During my field work in graduate school in the area of school counseling, I also tutored students age 7th-12th grade aside from my counseling obligations. Finally, in 2006, I became a teacher in Florida and the rest is history!
Becoming a teacher was the best thing I have ever did. Working extensively with children is such a rewarding honor for me.
