I started tutoring in 9th grade, and continued until my freshman year of college. I tutored middle school and high school students in math, sciences, and social studies. In college I tutored in Level 1 and 2 French, Psychology, and College Level Algebra. I have tutored both male and female students, and have worked with people with reading and learning disabilities.
I love working with people, and have a lot of patience. I work hard to let the student work through problems themselves before assisting them. A lot of students I have spent time with just need a small amount of encouragement and are very capable of completing their work. I enjoy working with different types of people, and adapt my style to fit their needs.

I am a recent graduate of Fordham University, where I majored in Film Studies and minored in Visual Arts. During my time there I honed my skills in painting, graphic design, filmmaking and writing (both creative and academic). I understand the importance of getting to know students on an individual basis, as everyone will learn in a different way.
