I have always had a strong desire to learn and to teach. I work hard and I am diligent to complete a task. My joy is to work with children of any age to help them grow and develop and learn. I believe it takes love, grace and patience to teach a child. The student must not only be expected to learn from the tutor, but the tutor must also learn from the student. I then got a job as a laboratory teaching assistant. I have always wanted to teach but enjoyed the research that was available working for a large chemical company. I had the opportunity to teach Organic while I was working and enjoyed it but the time constraints were tough. I am now retired from industry and will be teaching in the Chemistry Department at the University of West Florida.
