Teaching has always been a passion of mine. There's never a dull moment, because the children are learning at different speeds and it's exciting when each one latches on to a concept. I make sure to differentiate instruction to suit the individual needs of all of my students. I am very patient, caring, and understanding.
I have a bachelor's degree in history and a master's in teaching in elementary education. I have taught 1st and 2nd grade and have also tutored throughout the year and during the summer. A Little Bit About Me...

Teaching and working with children has been a passion for me since middle school when I was still a child myself. My advantage of working with children this young is that I understand them better then and now as an adult so I can find an effective teaching style that will help them grow. I've also taught a variety of students from deaf and hard of hearing to ESL students and am able to easily adapt to their needs and hardships.
