My first priority is to encourage students in obtaining the self-confidence for mastery. I believe that all some students need is a few successes to make a drastic difference in their performance. I teach students to view information in a new light, with new understandings, that is comfortable for them and that they can recall. I am patient, considerate, and challenging. I do not settle for anything less than the student's best and will allow them time to develop it.
