I attended Towson University where I earned a bachelor degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. To further my education, I am enrolled in graduate courses at St. Joseph's College where I will earn my Master's in the field of Literacy and Cognition. I student taught in a fifth grade classroom as well as a fourth grade inclusion class. For the past year I have been tutoring an eight year old girl with special needs. My teaching style is very simplistic. I find that things make sense and become easier to do when you convey the instructions or operations in a clear and simple manner. I love breaking things down and explaining them, so that when the whole picture is viewed, it all makes sense. I am very patient and understanding. I am also very systematic and logical and try to teach in that way.
