A Little Bit About Me...

I am a freshman at BYUI, studying to become a Physician's Assistant, and minoring in English. I love English, music, and history! I specialize in English mostly, as I took many AP and Honors English classes in high school. I also scored a 30 on my english ACT and a 28 on my reading ACT! I can teach music as well, for I have been playing piano for about 10 years. I love to teach and see the light go on in a child's head as he or she begins to understand. It is a great joy to see them succeed. I am creative, compassionate, and caring, and will do everything I can to find the "missing pieces" for struggling students. Often, students have been rushed through the basic manipulative/hands-on discovery phase of learning, and have had to memorize rules in order to move on instead of truly understanding.
