I am an undergrad at HACC majoring in Biology. I excel in English, math, basic human biology, environmental science, & study skills. I hope to become a high school teacher someday. I wish to become a tutor currently to build experience working one on one with student. Everybody learns differently and I hope to bridge any gaps in whatever subject. First, I examine what is needed to be helped with. Next, I sit down and ask the student what he or she seems to be struggling with and why. I graduated high school in late October of 2012. I am not currently in college. I am working twords bettering my future. I enjoy helping others and I find it easy. I used to be tutored and I hated it because the tutors seemed to not care if I got it. I make sure the person or people I am tutoring understand and remember how to do what I am asked to teach them. I spent one year as a day to day substitute teacher working all over York County in various special education classrooms.
