I am a person that is driven by the joy you get when a student finally understand something they didn't think they could. I am a teacher that will change my approach depending on the student and I will not stop until I am sure that they "get it". My strengths are physics, chemistry and math and i love making these subjects fun for all ages.
As engineering student I was always dedicated to my studies,and I truly enjoy learning. As a United States Peace Corps Volunteer, I worked with local youth in a Fijian village over the course of two years. I created a study groups based on education level and subject matter for the young adults living in the community. I focused lessons on English reading and comprehension, effective writing skills, algebra, calculus, and basic science. As an CSU-Pueblo senior engineer student, I know how hard some math classes could be. I have successfully passed all my math courses and I am one more class away to get my minor in it.
