Getting my Ph.D. in English has given me the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. During the last seven years I have been tutoring students at all grade levels, from elementary school through high school, as well as teaching classes in English at several universities. I have tutored children in test-taking skills (including math, vocabulary, and critical reading skills) for the SAT and for private school entrance exams.
