I am a recently retired elementary teacher with 25 years experience in the public school setting.I taught 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th grades. The bulk of my career was spent in 6th grade. I have spent the last seven years as lecturer in Music Theory at Southeastern Louisisana University. I have tutored in Music Theory while at this post at back through undergraduate school. I have taught private lessons in piano by both Suzuki and Traditional methods for over 20 years. I believe my experience in writing a thesis and articles in my field would qualify me to tutor in academic writing.
