A Little Bit About Me...

I am a bilingual teacher/ therapist who has had wonderful successes in the teaching field. I have taught adolescents, and adults english, G.E.D., career planning, basic math, and social sciences. My teaching approach makes it fun and motivating for students from any socio-economic class to enjoy. During my last five years, I have taught international as well as USA students. For three years at Florida State University I was enrolled in an excellent teacher education program. At the end of the program I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Social Science Education. While at Florida State University I received three certifications, Social Science Education (6-12), Professional Educator for (All Grades) and Integrated Curriculum (5-9). Obtaining the Integrated Curriculum certification made it so I can be certified to mentor and tutor students in all major subjects. Since then I have worked with multiple young students on both strengthening their education and building character. I feel that I develop not only better students, but better young men and women.
