I have been involved in the Microbiology field for over 40 years. I have taught Microbiology to employees and student interns. The Medical Society of New York chose me to educate physicians regarding the CLIA laws governing all clinical laboratories. As a laboratory consultant I have taught laboratory employees at physicians' offices. Although I have never officially tutored, I have instructed students on a one on one basis. I love Microbiology. I am a firm believer that teaching style should encompass diversity of instruction and assessment because the students themselves are very diverse.
