To me chemistry has always been an exciting but often misunderstood science. The average person doesn't realize how much chemistry is around them and how chemistry is a fundamenal part of nature. I believe that relating chemistry to our everyday lives can be fundamental to having a better appreciation of the science. Getting the student recognize this can elp to instill a greater desire to master the subject. PC's have gone from a curiosity to now be a neccessity.
