MENTORING THROUGH TEACHING LASTS FOREVER!!!

I have tutored in the Public Schools for many years while my children were young. As a young teen I even graded papers for teachers who were not associated with my school district. I enjoy teaching and get great satisfaction from the success when a student gets it! I home schooled my middle child when she became too ill to attend school on a regular basis. My method for her taught her to be very responsible. Upon graduation she had better self confidence and had a 4.0 in college and successfully completed her degree. I expect that after her child is older she will return to further her education.

A Little Bit About Me...

Over the course of my studies in Mechanical Engineering I learned the value of perseverance. My classes were extrememly difficult, but I did not give up. I had numerous obstacles to overcome in order to achieve my degree, but I finally did so in May of this year. Knowing that I have a B.S.M.E. and I passed my E.I.T. on the first try gives me a lot of pride in my work. Throughout my years in college and since I have graduated I have tutored several friends in calculus 1, 2,and 3; statistics and differential equations.
