Here I have educated clients on daily living tasks; and provided assistance with daily cares and activities. I train them to be as independent as possible. From July 15, 2010 up until September 15, 2010 I was a substitute teacher for a special education teacher who was on maternity leave. I taught the kids reading, math, oral comprehension, and vocabulary. I conducted summaries to map their progress, and attended meetings that were held to asses if any changes needed to be put in place for the residents.
