I like to create a meeting day before the tutoring begins. That meeting day consist of me seeing where the student I am tutoring is at. After seeing the subject that student is struggling with, I create weekly packets for the days I do tutor the student. That packet will be practice for the student to do infant of me as an "exam". Weekly packets will be given all the time until that student masters the concept.

My comments on tutoring Writing : I have a Bachelor's degree (with highest honors) from Florida International University and I did all my graduate work (with distinction) at the Univ. of Miami. My comments on tutoring Writing : Working with fine motor skills with students that need to have it further developed for their writing to develop.

My students enjoy coming to lessons with Ms. Sharon. I make them feel comfortable, and always encourage them to ask me questions. I always ask them if their was something that they had in the classroom that they didn't understand, and they are not inhibited to tell me so.
