Get over your fear that math is hard.

Over the past 4 years, I've worked at the Colton Community services recreatioon depatrment. My experience at the community college and public school classroom includes a wide range of diverse teaching experiences from high achieving Japanese to Hispanic low performing students seventh graders I have excelled at teaching all levels of ethnically, academically and physically diverse students. The procedure I follow in tutoring is to first attack is to find out where any understanding difficulty lies. Then, I write the rules out. Next I work 2-3 problems applying the rules as we proceed step by step. Under my tutledge, I have the student work 2-3 problems on their own.
