Currently, I am a student attending the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. At UT, I am majoring in Microbiology and maintaining a 3.18 GPA. During my education, I have had great opportunities to study the sciences and mathematics; however, history and philosophy are fun to study as well. In my studies of science, I have studied through all introductory biology and chemistry classes including both sections of organic chemistry. I am currently a student in University of Tennessee, and I work as a tutor in the Educational Advancement Program iat my college. I believe in inquiry based learning, or teaching any subject by incorporating the student's natural curiosity and drawing connections to their interests. I don't taking a long time to teach a student how to approach a single problem or concept and foster their understanding of the material so that they will understand how to approach the problem on their own.
