I graduated from UW-Madison with a BS in Dietetics. In order to obtain this degree, I had to take a wide variety of Science courses including: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physiology, Anatomy, and many others. Not only am I well versed in Science, I have a background in Math too. In highschool, I completed the AP-Caluculus course with a score that allowed me to bypass any college math courses. However, I have refreshed my math skills since I recently took the Graduate Requisite Exam (GRE) and received high scores in the math section. My favorite jobs that I have had dealt with working with children. I love working with children and making a difference in their lives. No two children are the same and that is why they deserve one on one communication. Each child has their own way of learning and that is why it is important to get to know them on a personal level. I am not a teacher, but I like to think that I can help out in a way that the student or person I am tutoring will learn. I love working with people, and anyway that I can help them learn better makes me feel better. I have children of my own and help them out with school work. I feel that they need to do the work in order to learn the best. Education is very important in everyones lives now that helping out would make me feel good about myself, that I am making a difference. While I was a student at the College of Menominee Nation I was a tutor in the accounting and math areas. I am also very good with computers. With a degree in Marketing and a year of school for mechanical engineering I have completed a number of calculus classes throughout the years.
