I also have a partial degree in Accelerated Associates in Culinary Arts from Kendall College and a few classes in Computer Science in the Masters program in Computer Science and the University of Illinois Chicago. I have experience in manufacturing engineering, Research and Development, Sales, Management in Computers and several years as a Chef.
My early teaching and learning style was to do as many problems that were thrown at me in class or the text. I have earned a BS and an MS in Aerospace Engineering. My most recent coursework was focused on Aerospace Propulsion systems- work which relies heavily on my background in Math, Physics, and Chemistry. I have always been a teacher at heart. It was often to the detriment of my own homework completion rate, as I would be much more interested in both solving the problems and helping my classmates understand how it worked that I was concerned with getting the solution written down for myself.
