I have a five year experience over which I learned different students' techniques of learning and understanding the curriculum. Teaching is not something I had initially aspired to but found I am a teacher and motivator by nature. I love the challenge of figuring what pieces, educational, each student is missing and helping them fill the their gaps to reach the next level and have things come together for them. I have taught 5th and 6th grade ESL students for this semester, and I have taught English two summers in Korea at intensive English immersion camps. I have also tutored adult and college level students in English at UT while obtaining my degree and enjoyed it the most. Having quality one on one or small group time is the best for students to acquire the knowledge they need, and have instructors that can focus on their individual needs.
