Teaching and School Counseling Services In One Place!

My style of education is to teach by modeling. Students need to see things in a step-by-step format with instructions, followed by an immediate example. I also provide sample argumentative essays for students who learn by seeing a complete model. My counseling style is to work with students, first by building a rapport and then using that as the foundation to get a feel for their college/career interests. I then look at their grades to help them build a custom transitional plan into early adulthood.
I have been a teacher for the last fifteen years. I teach social studies, but my specialization is teaching argumentative (college level) writing.I have done plenty of SAT prep and tutoring for students at the high school and college level. I am also a school counselor and can offer a vast array of services including FASFA, Naviance/Common Application and college/career counseling.

Test Preparation is one of my top subjects! If you are studying to take your ASLPI or just a class exam, I am knowledgable about different tests and the way they are presented.

I have been immersed the field of interpreting since 2008. Interactive, relaxed style that has proven results using funny terms, organization of thoughts, clinical scenarios, and straight up memorization. You are an active participant in constructing your memories that you can recall when needed.
