My second term of student teaching was in the 3rd grade. Again I succeeded in teaching all subjects to my students. All my students were involved in learning. I personally can say that I have learned the most & can recall the most from those teachers that I consider my favorites. I believe it is because they knew how to inspire and motivate me to achieve what I thought I couldn’t or didn’t want to do. My son was diagnosed with Autism, this diagnosis woke in me a new desire to learn. I went on to complete my Masters Degree while working on my son's social, language and educational development.
