Learning is a process to enjoy not to suffer!

I have created a special but easy method to learn and teach Chinese and Japanese speaking languages. I have two years experience in teaching students in Tokyo, and proven to be very effective and efficient. I helped to student to master the complicated Chinese tone in just one lesson of 45 minutes. I helped to student to master the Japanese pronunciation system in two lessons. Language learning should not be a hard process, just image not matter who he/she is, he/she can speak his/her mother language well. I like to first show a basic example of the problem, then show how the problem can be solved. I will then show another example that is a little more involved. After this, I let the person being mentored try solving a similar problem.
I implemented and maintained custom code for a number of clients, and I performd lead programmer functions and mentor others. Every few months I conducted "lunch and learns" for programmers and analysts. During these sessions I would describe what code was doing in a particular module. This would help them with their implementations.

It's true that every student learns at a different pace with a different style. I like to see myself as a cameleon teacher, catering my format to individual needs. My style tends to be laid back so that students are comfortable expressing their likes and dislikes with me, curbing their fear of not understanding something.
