I volunteered in classrooms, tutored, and provided childcare for children with special needs. I studied Spanish and abroad. Upon graduation, I began my teaching career in L.A. where I taught kindergarten. After three years, I decided to teach abroad and moved to a small Chinese city where I taught preschool.
