I love helping and working with everyone. I believe learning is a mental thing. When, I start to tutor someone I always have them erase from their minds "I can't do this" or "its to hard" and have them input into their minds "I can do this". I feel one must believe they can before they actually do. Math is just a continuous discipline where you apply what you have learned from previous classes.

I am of the opinion that children should be given clues and lead on to discover answers to questions. In some areas I like them to memorize certain facts which will help them solve problems better. A combination of memorizing and deriving from basic known concepts will help a child solve any problem without having to sweat over it.
