As I approach my college graduation, I have realized how fortunate I am to have been given the opportunity to attend college. I understood the importance of understanding math in life early on and my Finance degree only validated that notion. Early this year, I began tutoring advanced math to middle school kids and found it to be a rejuvenating to see young minds eagerly waiting to be academically challenged. During my course as a math tutor, I’ve found one on one tutoring to be most effective. Each child presented different needs and was receptive to different teaching methods, so I would meet with them individually.
