Teaching brings me pleasure. What I do is to show them, help them, then have them do whatever I am teaching them to do. Sometimes one of the steps may have to be repeated, but this process really works well. I have tutored my friend's daughter in math and English. During my time at college, I created a mentoring committee for underclassman that focused on business related items and school curriculum. What I do is not so much teach the material as a way to learn the material.
