Experience Summary
As a chemistry student, I have gained broad knowledge in different areas of chemistry such as general chemistry, organic and inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry and instrumental analysis. I have acquired many skills while conducting experiments in laboratories pertaining to these topics. In addition, the field of chemistry has allowed me to develop and improve my writing skills and gain an appreciation in the field of mathematics. I have tutored college students in remedial math, pre-algebra, algebra, pre-calculus, calculus and statistics.
Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching students as it gives me personal satisfaction knowing that I helped someone. I consider myself patient and sympathetic. I am willing to teach the student in any way that he or she is comfortable learning. My aim is to tutor the student effectively in a comfortable, easy manner at the student’s own pace.
