Professional but friendly English ESOL teacher

Teaching experience in class environments and one-to one is over 7 years. I'm one of those lucky ones who loves their profession! I'm a friendly but demanding tutor students feel comfortable to learn with. I also speak Russian, German, some Spanish and a little bit Italian. I tried a modern form of teaching in the beginning of 2011 - teaching online, it's very creative and convenient. If you live close, we can have lessons in person, at the library or at home.
Depending on the area we need to work, the focus of the lesson will vary, but more often my students need all four skills to develop (speaking, listening, writing and reading). Writing is one of my top subjects! For the past 5 years I have worked with 4th grade students in school classrooms as well as tutored for FCAT Writes test. I have many tips and techniques to use when tutoring a student in writing.

I absolutely love teaching and working with children. Children learn in unique and individual ways and sometimes struggle in school work because they learn at a different pace than the class as a whole. Individual and small group instruction greatly benefits these children in many ways.
