I am driven to help others especially through education. I have a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Duke University which allowed me to have in depth understanding of both subjects. Furthermore I have experience tutoring a college bound student with Biology and Pre-calculus, furthermore I have additional tutoring experience in math, reading, language and all areas of the sciences.
I believe that education is the key to success and I hope to encourage my students to see the fun and excitement in learning rather than treating it as a task they have to do. I am very creative and patient when it comes to teaching my students. I think all children have natural curiosity and it just needs to be sparked by a patient and fun person.
