My teaching style is one of discipline and at the same time hands-on. Students must feel the relevance of the world around them in order to gain an understanding of what's being taught. I work with the individual but never let the focus off of the competition that's waiting. Students must understand that learning is an every day, every moment experience. It's all about how they see the world around them. I love teaching and working with children. The "aha" moment is what I live for. I believe that EVERY student can achieve what they set their mind to with guidance and persistence. In a nutshell, I taught high school English for eleven years. Children need the tools and the direction and if you provide them both, the sky is the limit. I want to make a difference in a child's life. I have been working with the public for over 20 years, in that time I have worked with young adults as well as mature adults.
