Teaching can be a most wonderful adventure. I believe every child can learn. At times students or overwhelming with new concepts, and they need to be encouraged, and praise until they can accomplish the task at hand. I enjoy seeing the appearence of awareness on a childs face, when they have accomplished a goal, or solved a problem they had difficulty solving. I have many years esperience as an analyst, manager, executive, consultant, intructor, tutor, and teaching assistant. I am in three Who's Whos, 1 WW in US Colleges and Universites, 2 WW Among Executives and Consultants, 3 WW website for Martial Artists.
I let each student show me how best to teach them by watching thier responses but as an overall apporach I teach them by tying to find out what is blocking them form understanding something then I teachthem how to reason their way around it.
