I am currently a Special Education Teacher within the Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District for the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 school years. Prior to my employment there I was a building substitute within the Albany City School District as well as a certified BOCES substitute approved through many schools throughout the Capital Region. I completed my Masters at the University at Albany in Summer of 2013 in both Special Education and Literacy. During this program I completed several internships to prepare me for specific Special Education as well as Literacy instruction. I completed my Bachelors degree at State University of New York at Oneonta in Childhood Education and Spanish.

Becoming a teacher has been one of my life's passions. I have earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Adolescent Education and Mathematics and am currently working on a Master of Arts degree in Education, Curriculum, Instruction, and Mathematics. I have experience in teaching an array of mathematics classes from 7th grade Math up to Calculus and College Algebra. Over the past 10 years I have had the pleasure of tutoring over 150 children. In my work with The Boy's and Girl's Club, Americorps, Y.M.C.A. and the Hispanic Outreach Center I have completed more than 1000 tutoring session; in over 50 Schenectady Schools, community programs and public libraries.
