I enjoy working with and teaching all levels of students and children. No two children learn in the same way. It is important to differentiate and identify the way that each child needs to be taught and engaged in the lesson. Lessons must be concrete and meaningful to a child. If things are taught to them in a way and on a level that they can grasp any child can be taught. It is important to me that each child be given an opportunity to learn. I was a writer for Nardin Academy's newspaper and also for Canisius College's newspaper. I have teaching experience in home instruction in flute and piano.
I love teaching and helping children learn. My philosophy is that you have to make this information that your children are learning relatable to what they are going through. I love to work with children of any age. I have been volunteering for over 15 years helping wherever and whenever I can to help make the lives of children more enriched. I have two boys of my own (age 10 and 14) and have been successful in helping them achieve the best they can. I have been teaching kids as a substitute for many years and went back to school in my middle 30's to become a teacher.
