A Little Bit About Me...

I teach in a style that relates to the students current conditions. Each lesson is tailored to bring reality, and importance to their lives while not challenging their autonomy. It is critical to get each student to understand the far reaching importance of historical events, and how they still effect today's atmosphere. I use various graphic organizers to break down each historical event we talk about, and candid discussion gaging the depths of comprehension.

Is she simply bored with the subject? The approach I take with the child depends on the answers to these questions. I feel it is important for the learner to understand that there is a reason for making the effort to learn each subject.
